This time of the year is a pretty weird time for me when it comes to shopping outfits. It is still winter in California so I need outfits that will keep me warm. But also, we usually have warm travel destinations coming so I need cute summer outfits. My closet is so confused. Here’s a roundup of what I’ve been getting lately as well as my travel essentials.
AWAY LUGGAGE
I can’t emphasize enough how important it is for me to have a reliable luggage. I remember our first trip to Europe where they mostly have cobblestone roads, our luggage gave up on us and the wheels fell off on the second week of our trip. We literally dragged our suitcase the whole time and off to the trash it went right when we got home. Ever since I got my first Away luggage back in September, it has been life-changing. It is so much easier to bring it and it glides well on just about any kinds of roads. I had the medium size check in luggage which I had brought with me to London, Amsterdam, Jordan, Egypt, Turkey, West Virginia, Dominican Republic, and Las Vegas. And till now, it looks and works perfectly fine. But in line with the new year and the new adventures to come, I am updating my current Away collection. So here I am with the new limited edition Away piece that features their painted in grooves luggage. I got the large check in luggage in pink with matching daypack as part of their travel uniform concept, but what I love about this is that I can also use the daypack separately.
SHOPBOP HAUL
You probably know by now that Shopbop is my go to when it comes to high end and investment pieces. I love how they ship the items so fast (1-2 days) and they offer free shipping on returns made within 15 days. It’s important for me because when you do online shopping sometimes you are hesitant to buy something because you fear that it won’t fit. I’ve gotten most of my AW outfits from Shein. I love that I can get cute outfits for a very reasonable price. Also, I can’t wait to use them more for my trip this weekend. I have a sweet invitation to go somewhere really beautiful (and cold, right now). It’s in one of my Top Travel Destinations this year and I am so stoked! Ya girl is going to Banff!

ZAFUL HAUL
My Zaful haul is a mix of both winter and summer outfits. Zaful is another online store that I like getting trendy clothes from. For as low as $9.99 I was able to get a two-piece swimsuit.
