How to see and eat like a Hanoian – Hanoi street food tour

I am a self-confessed nom traveler. So when I go to places, you know there’s gotta be either history or beautiful destinations, and good foods! It’s always the perfect combo.

Last week, I went to Hanoi with my two best girlfriends. And although it’s regretfully short, I had fun eating my way through this beautiful city, rich with culture and beautiful people.

The best way to eat like a Hanoian? Join a walking food tour! I partnered with Hanoi Street Food Tours to give you a glimpse of how to enjoy authentic Vietnamese foods. It was definitely an experience and I highly recommend joining one when you’re in Hanoi. We had a very cheerful food tour guide who brought us to restaurants and cafes that I would never have discovered myself. You also meet new friends that are as hungry as you! Head on to www.hanoistreetfoodtour.com or like their facebook page to check out their amazing services.

I love Hanoian food. We lived in Hanoi for a short while and the authentic food is amazing! There is one dish I especially love called “Bun Cha”. There is also a great buffet at West Lake. It is where Vietnamese families go for a special lunch (definitely not on the tourist track). I would highly recommend it. And I don’t normally share links in comments, but I’ll leave it here because I highly recommend people go there for an authentic cultural experience for a great price too: https://dailyinspiredlife.com/is-this-the-best-buffet-in-vietnam/
